Day #353 New recipe

*Open the fridge and found a bar of long forgotten egg tofu*

It was a mellow sky all day. Breezy wind and little rain, non stop.
Need something savory,  mushy and warm.
Then I just followed my intuition and make this ones.
Baked them with sesame oil and fish sauce, put some mayo on the top of it.
Yummy!
