Finally he gets the idea of phonetics.
When Bubu asked him why would he want to learn to read, Malicca simply answered "And so I don't need to get anyone to read books for me. And so I can read them myself."

I got frustrated in the first place about phonetics.
I was so worried because phonetics is a system I am not familiar with.
But anyways, with some helps (internet and kinokuniya of course), we finally manage it well and today is the official day when malicca read some simple words.
